Born in Mandsaur, Kunal Singh's path to elite performance was forged in the corridors of the Rashtriya Indian Military College — India's premier institution for building leaders of uncommon resolve. At RIMC, sport was never extracurricular. It was the crucible.
Commissioning into the Indian Navy, he inherited a lineage of squash excellence that runs deep through India's armed forces. The Navy didn't just sharpen his game — it codified his understanding that leadership is physical, that discipline is a practice, and that excellence is earned daily.
His transition to the Professional Squash Association tour proved what the military had built. Achieving a World Ranking of 392, Kunal competed on the international circuit — navigating the tactical, physical, and psychological demands that separate professionals from the rest.
Today, every thread of this journey is woven into BAY. The military's discipline. The tour's intensity. The coach's empathy. It's not a program — it's a lived philosophy, distilled into something others can experience.

PSA World Tour
Bridged the gap from military service to the professional circuit. Achieved World Ranking 392 while competing internationally, gaining the tactical depth and global perspective that elevates coaching.

Founded a performance luxury ecosystem across Mumbai’s most prestigious corridors — BKC and Colaba. Not a coaching centre. A sanctuary. Squash meets wellness, community meets purpose.
World University Championship
Appointed Head Coach of the Indian Squash Team for the FISU World University Championship in Johannesburg, South Africa. A validation of method, and a bridge to the national sporting infrastructure.
