Grassroots

You don’t need to have played squash before. You need the intention to compete.

Grassroots is for beginners and developing players who want to train seriously, building a strong foundation in both squash and physical preparation.

Coaching takes place one-to-one or with two players at a time. Group sessions bring players together where the work calls for it, including fitness training and group drills. Sessions last 90 minutes.

Your assessment and goals help shape an individual training plan. Coaches monitor your progress and review the work as your game develops.

If you want to compete, this is where you start—even if you’ve never picked up a racquet.
